A woman was arrested for allegedly calling her ex-boyfriend 27,000 times in one week

Breakups can be difficult, painful, and messy, but one important thing to remember is that it’s essential to move on and accept that the relationship is over.

Kelly Murphy, 28, from Alberta, was arrested for obsessing over her ex-boyfriend, Randy Williams. During one week, she called him an astounding 27,639 times, sent 937 emails, 11,229 text messages, 117 voicemails, and 47 letters.

This level of obsession is extreme. Despite having been together for only two weeks, Kelly couldn’t let go of the relationship, causing Randy significant emotional distress, even nearing depression.

She used up to eight phones to contact him, calling his cell, home, and work numbers. It’s hard to imagine how she managed to keep up with this intense behavior every day.

Kelly relied heavily on energy drinks to stay awake and keep calling non-stop for 24 hours a day, making her actions even more disturbing.
